Robert Merced is an advocate and activist that focuses on protecting the rights of persons with disabilities and the many dedicated providers that care for them on a daily basis. He is an advocate of community service and
is a member of the Residential Habilitation Association—a private network of healthcare providers whose mission is to help enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities by coordinating private resources with
public benefit programs. Robert Merced is constantly and actively working with our elected officials and strategic leaders on a local and state level to constantly improve our communities. Whether he's fighting against
unjust laws, in opposition to poor legislation or fighting for the rights of persons with disabilities Robert Merced continues to provide a voice for the poor, the sick, the elderly, and the less fortunate.
